Paul Seigenthaler is the visionary leader and the driving force behind the innovative experiential food, beverage and production company, Five Senses Group. With a remarkable career spanning over 15 years, Paul has established himself as a pioneer in real estate development, product development, hospitality, and show creation.
Throughout his career, Paul has been instrumental in overseeing some of the most renowned projects in the industry. Recent notable projects include overseeing the entirety of the food and beverage program for Las Vegas Grand Prix 2023, Super Bowl LVIII Host 2024, and The Worlds 50 Best Restaurants 2024. These high-profile events showcase Paul's ability to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional dining experiences on a large scale.
In May of 2024, Paul forged partnership with Joelle Weinand to launch NUTCASE Milk to bring a bit of nostalgia and a sweet treat to everyone everyone’s home.
