About the Founder

Paul Seigenthaler

Founder and CEO

Paul Seigenthaler is the Founder of Five Senses Holdings, a live entertainment and hospitality company that develops experiences, infrastructure, and consumer brands built for the modern event industry.

Paul grew up skiing in Vermont, often driving past Robert Frost’s grave on the way to Stratton Mountain. Frost’s famous words about taking the road less traveled became a philosophy that continues to shape his work today. Across real estate development, product innovation, hospitality, and show creation, Paul approaches each project with an unconventional perspective that challenges traditional industry models while celebrating the spirit of family and community at the heart of hospitality and service. Through Five Senses Holdings, he has been fortunate to work alongside an incredible team and partners who share that mindset, choosing the road less traveled and creating experiences that continue to redefine what live entertainment can be.

Company History

In 2020, Five Senses Productions launched Salvage City Supper Club, the company’s flagship dining experience. The uptempo supper club blends elevated cuisine, theatrical performance, and circus to create an immersive hospitality experience that has become a standout destination at Electric Daisy Carnival and the Times Square EDITION Hotel.

Through Five Senses Group, Seigenthaler and his team have overseen some of the most prominent food and beverage programs in live entertainment, including the Las Vegas Grand Prix 2023, Super Bowl LVIII Host Committee 2024, The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024, and REVELRY, the Wynn Las Vegas food festival. These large scale projects reflect the company’s ability to execute premium hospitality experiences for some of the world’s most recognized events.

As Five Senses Holdings expanded, the company began building infrastructure businesses designed to support the evolving needs of the live event industry. In 2025, Fancy Ice Co. launched as a large scale ice manufacturing and distribution company serving major music festivals such as Electric Daisy Carnival and Lost Lands. That same year, TENDIEZ debuted at Miami Music Week, bringing a premium chicken tender concept built for high volume live events.

The company continues to expand across multiple verticals within the live entertainment ecosystem. Upcoming ventures include Zero Beat, a payment processing platform designed specifically for live events, and War Room Investments, the group’s strategic investment arm.

Through these ventures, Five Senses Holdings is building a diversified portfolio spanning hospitality, infrastructure, and technology, all focused on strengthening the foundation of the modern live entertainment industry.
